About the Role:

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our sales and marketing operations across our B2B platforms — Yellowpages- and The candidate will be responsible for conducting quality checks, coordinating with clients, and ensuring data accuracy across our internal and external systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and verify details of signed contracts from the sales team against client listings uploaded on yellowpages- and
  • Coordinate with clients to collect additional information or clarifications requested by the Social Media and SEO teams.
  • Ensure all client data and business information are correctly updated and maintained on (our internal CRM/product system).
  • Monitor listings and product details for consistency, accuracy, and completeness across platforms.
  • Communicate regularly with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, SEO, and Social Media) to ensure smooth information flow and timely updates.
  • Assist in preparing reports or summaries related to listing quality checks and data updates.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a B2B environment or similar work culture.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to perform thorough quality checks.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
  • Ability to multitask and coordinate between different departments.
  • Organized, proactive, and capable of working independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with online directories, digital marketing, or B2B marketplace platforms.
  • Familiarity with data entry or content verification workflows.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2, AED3,000.00 per month
