About the Role
Kahragen Engineering is seeking a driven Graduate Sales Engineer / Sales Associate to join our commercial team in Dubai. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who combine technical understanding with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
You will support the sales cycle across power-sector projects — from client engagement and proposal development to market research and commercial coordination. The position provides hands-on exposure to business development within the energy and utilities industry.

What We're Looking For
- Academic Background
• Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Graduates must be from Dubai universities or accredited Western universities
- Experience Level
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or a technical/commercial internship
• Exposure to the power sector, utilities, or industrial engineering markets is an advantage
- Key Skills & Attributes
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Commercial awareness and interest in market dynamics within the power sector
• Technical curiosity and ability to understand engineering concepts enough to support sales interactions
• High level of organisation, presentation skills, and attention to detail
- Language Skills
• Proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage, especially for client-facing responsibilities
