Position: Sales Associate/Cashier

Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Salary: AED 2,300 – AED 2,600 per month

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate/Cashier to join our skating shop in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will handle sales transactions, assist customers with product selections, and have the willingness to learn how to skate to better understand and promote our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and provide product recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Sales Transactions: Accurately process sales using the cash register, handle cash and card payments, and issue receipts.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of our skating products and accessories to assist customers effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in stocking shelves, organizing displays, and conducting inventory checks to ensure product availability.
  • Learning to Skate: Show enthusiasm in learning how to skate to provide firsthand product insights and demonstrations to customers.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing to customers.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in retail sales or cashier roles is preferred.
  • Customer Focus: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn about skating and related products, including the ability to skate.
  • Numeracy Skills: Basic mathematical skills to handle transactions accurately.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts as required.
