About the Role:

The Project Manager – Façade is responsible for overseeing façade and aluminum system projects from award to final handover, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, schedules, budgets, quality, safety, and contractual requirements, while coordinating with all stakeholders and managing project documentation, variations, claims, invoicing, and delays.

Job Description

Project Management

• Lead façade projects from award to completion and handover.
• Ensure project execution complies with scope, schedule, budget, quality, and contract conditions.
• Develop and monitor project programs, manpower plans, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, fabrication, and site teams for integrated project delivery.

Technical & Engineering Coordination

• Manage preparation, submission, and approval of shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, mockups, and technical documents.
• Ensure façade systems comply with project specifications and approved drawings.
• Coordinate with Consultants and Main Contractors on approvals, inspections, testing, and technical clarifications.

Procurement & Fabrication Coordination

• Coordinate material procurement from approved suppliers in line with project schedules.
• Oversee fabrication activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, quality standards, and delivery milestones.
• Arrange factory inspections and ensure timely material delivery to site.

Site Execution

• Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and installation works.
• Ensure all installation works follow approved drawings, method statements, and safety requirements.
• Resolve technical issues, interface conflicts, tolerances, and access constraints on site.

Quality, Safety & Compliance

• Implement Project Quality Plans, ITPs, and quality control procedures.
• Manage NCRs, snags, and defect rectification.
• Enforce company HSE policies, risk assessments, and safe working practices.

Commercial & Contract Administration

• Monitor project cost, progress, and performance against budgets and schedules.
• Manage project correspondence, records, and documentation.
• Identify, prepare, and submit variation claims and change orders.
• Monitor delays and prepare EOT documentation when required.

Invoicing & Reporting

• Prepare and submit monthly progress claims and invoices.
• Track payment certifications and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare regular progress reports and final handover documentation.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Act as the primary façade coordination point with the Main Contractor, Consultant, and Client.
• Attend project coordination, technical, and progress meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil / Industrial Engineering or related field
• Minimum 8 years in façade and aluminum projects
• Technical Exposure : Curtain wall, windows & doors, ACP, louvers, pergolas, glazing
• Project planning and control
• Strong technical knowledge of façade systems
• Contract administration and correspondence management
• Commercial awareness and cost control
• Leadership and team management
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project)
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Understanding of construction processes and project lifecycles
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Willingness to adapt to new technologies and industry best practices
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
