We are seeking a creative, experienced, and fashion-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to lead design and branding projects within the fashion and apparel sector. The ideal candidate will bring strong artistic vision, trend awareness, and technical ability to create high-quality visual content across digital, print, and product design. Candidates from NIFT (National Institute of Fashion Technology) are highly preferred.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Creative Execution

  • Develop creative concepts, mood boards, and visual direction for fashion campaigns and product lines.
  • Design graphics for apparel, textiles, packaging, labels, tags, and other brand collateral.
  • Create digital marketing assets including social media creatives, website banners, newsletters, and ads.
  • Ensure alignment with brand identity, seasonal trends, and target audience preferences.

Fashion & Product Design Support

  • Collaborate with the design and production teams to convert concepts into production-ready artwork.
  • Research latest fashion trends, patterns, colours, prints, and global design influences.
  • Develop print designs, all-over patterns, placement prints, and embroidery graphics for garments.

Branding & Marketing

  • Enhance brand presence through consistent and innovative visual storytelling.
  • Support photoshoots with creative direction, layout planning, and post-production editing.
  • Create catalogues, lookbooks, brochures, and e-commerce product layouts.

Collaboration & Project Management

  • Work closely with fashion designers, merchandisers, marketing teams, and photographers.
  • Coordinate with vendors, printers, and fabric suppliers to finalize production-ready files.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Ensure quality control and proper file formatting for production.

RequirementsEducation

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Communication, Fashion Design, or related field.
  • Candidates from NIFT (National Institute of Fashion Technology) strongly preferred.

Experience

  • 4–7 years of experience as a Graphic Designer in the fashion/apparel/garment industry (mandatory).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing print design, branding, fashion graphics, and digital creatives.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
  • Knowledge of fashion print techniques (DTF, screen printing, embroidery, sublimation)
  • Experience in product mock-ups, pattern creation, and apparel graphic design
  • Photography and video editing skills are a plus

Working Conditions

  • Location: Dubai Textile City, near International City
  • Working Hours: 8–9 hours per day
  • Working Days: 6 days per week (5 days office and 1 day work from home)
  • Studio/showroom environment within the fashion sector

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: AED 12,000 per month
  • Leave and benefits as per UAE Labour Law
  • Additional company benefits may apply
