We are looking for a highly experienced and proactive Real Estate Listing Manager to lead our listing team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the creation, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of property listings across major real estate platforms, ensuring accuracy, quality, and competitive market presence.

This role is ideal for a leader with strong organizational skills, a strategic mindset, and a deep understanding of real estate market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of property listing specialists, setting clear performance goals and ensuring high standards of productivity and quality.

Oversee daily listing operations, including task assignments, to ensure listings are accurate, up-to-date, and visually appealing across all platforms.

Regularly review listings for accuracy, quality of information, and visual appeal, implementing strategies to uphold listing standards and market competitiveness.

Apply SEO strategies to maximize listing visibility on real estate portals and drive customer engagement.

Maintain strong, effective communication with agents, property owners, and developers to gather property details, images, and updates, ensuring listings reflect the most current information.

Manage and update listings on key property portals such as Bayut, Property Finder, and Dubizzle, and stay informed of competitor listings and trends to maintain market positioning.

Track, analyze, and report on listing performance; use data-driven insights to refine strategies for higher visibility and engagement.

Train team members on listing standards, platform requirements, SEO practices, and best practices to foster a high-performing and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications: Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in real estate listings or property management, with at least 1-2 years in a team lead or management role.

Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate market, property portals, and current market trends.

Proficiency in listing platforms, property management software, and SEO best practices for online visibility.

Proven experience in team leadership, performance management, and fostering a collaborative work culture.

Excellent written communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
