Human Resources:
- Support the recruitment process: job posting, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer letters.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases (attendance, leaves, contracts, renewals, etc.).
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Assist in payroll preparation by collecting and verifying attendance data.
- Handle employee relations and act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Support performance appraisal and disciplinary procedures.
Administration:
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and equipment procurement.
- Oversee facility maintenance and coordinate with service providers.
- Handle travel arrangements, visa processing, and accommodation for employees (if applicable).
- Prepare letters, memos, and administrative reports as needed.
- Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) for HR and admin documents.
- Support management with various administrative tasks and special projects
