What You'll Be Doing

  • Partner with the Head Chef to design and elevate Mediterranean-inspired menus.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse kitchen team with confidence and creativity.

  • Ensure every plate leaving the pass reflects excellence, consistency, and OIA's signature style.

  • Uphold the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen organization.

  • Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls to keep the operation efficient and profitable.

  • Bring fresh ideas and contribute to a collaborative, innovative culinary environment.

  • Step up and take charge in the Head Chef's absence.

 What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years' experience as a Sous Chef or strong exposure as a Junior Sous Chef.

  • A strong background in Mediterranean, modern European, or upscale dining.

  • A natural leader with excellent communication and team-building skills.

  • Someone who thrives under pressure and consistently delivers exceptional quality.

  • Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about elevating guest experiences.

  • Previous hotel experience in a 4-star or 5-star environment is a plus.
