Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Integrated Information Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi on a large aviation project.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Manages and coordinates information management activities across established BIM, GIS, CDE, and document control teams led by existing discipline leads.
• Implements approved information management strategies, plans, and procedures.
• Oversees the application of information exchange protocols, data standards, naming conventions, and workflows across all project disciplines.
• Ensures quality, accuracy, security, and compliance of all project information throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provides governance and oversight of document control operations, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant information delivery.
• Coordinates multidisciplinary information flows to support effective design, construction, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Monitors compliance with international standards contractual requirements, and aviation authority regulations.
• Works closely with digital, BIM, GIS, and document control leads to resolve information-related issues and risks.
• Supports project reporting through dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics related to information quality and compliance.
• Identifies information management risks and implements mitigation measures in coordination with project leadership.
• Provides guidance, mentoring, and day-to-day management support to information management resources assigned to the project.
• Acts as the primary point of contact for the client and internal stakeholders on project-specific information management matters.
• Collaborates with project leadership to align information management delivery with overall project objectives.
• Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Information Management, Information Technology, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in information management, digital delivery, or related roles on large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience on major aviation projects is desirable.
• Demonstrated experience managing and integrating BIM, GIS, CDEs, and document control systems on complex, multidisciplinary programs.
• Strong knowledge of international information management standards.
• Expert understanding of information management governance, data quality assurance, and compliance frameworks.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic information management visions and roadmaps.
• Proven ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and disciplines in a complex project environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
