About The Opportunity
Operating in the Management Consulting & Professional Services sector, this UAE-based team delivers business process outsourcing and client-acquisition solutions for corporate and SME clients across the Emirates. We're hiring an on-site telesales professional to drive high-volume outreach, qualify inbound/outbound leads, and convert prospects into booked consultations and contract opportunities.
Role (primary, best-performing title):
Telesales Executive — On-site, United Arab Emirates.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound and inbound calls to generate qualified leads and schedule consultations for consulting services.
- Qualify prospects against pre-defined criteria, maintain accurate CRM records, and progress opportunities through the sales pipeline.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales KPIs — call volumes, conversion rates, lead-to-opportunity metrics, and revenue targets.
- Handle objections, negotiate terms for initial engagements, and close appointments or direct-sale conversions on the phone.
- Collaborate with delivery and account teams to ensure smooth handoffs and timely follow-ups on booked engagements.
- Report performance metrics, suggest process improvements, and participate in regular sales training and calibration sessions.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Proven telesales / inside-sales experience in the UAE or GCC markets.
- Fluent English and Arabic (spoken and written) to engage diverse UAE client segments.
- Strong familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce or Zoho CRM) and accurate data entry practices.
- Demonstrable success with cold calling, lead qualification, and phone-based closing strategies.
- Experience using auto-dialer or VoIP telephony systems and Microsoft Excel for tracking activity.
- Right to work and available to work on-site in the UAE; comfortable with target-driven environments.
Preferred
- Experience selling consulting services, B2B solutions, or professional services.
- Prior exposure to UAE corporate procurement cycles and business decision-makers.
