Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an M&A and Deals Intern. The intern will contribute to various aspects of financial advisory, including business valuations, due diligence support, financial modeling, market research, and assisting with transaction processes. They will collaborate with team members on M&A transactions, provide analytical support, and help prepare presentations, reports, and summaries for clients. The role will also involve working with financial statements, financial model assistance, valuation assistance, accounting principles and analysis.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of finance, investments, and accounting principles
  • Experience or familiarity with due diligence and transaction processes
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and communicate effectively
  • Proficiency Microsoft Excel
  • Educational background in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire to learn
