Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Application Specialist based in Dubai. The Senior Application Specialist will be responsible for delivering expert-level application support to clients in the field of Brachytherapy and RadiationTherapy. Main responsibilities include providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, ensuring optimal application performance, and effectively communicating with teams and clients. The role also involves analyzing user needs and optimizing application-related processes within the oncology medical equipment domain.

The senior application specialist will support the Sales Team in the sales process, by conducting related demos, presentation and clinical product awareness

Qualifications

  • The candidate should hold a bachelor degree of Medical Physics, preferable to have experience in the GCC Region.
  • Having a sales appetite with excellent presentation and clinical skills to deal with our KOLs
  • Strong Application Support and Troubleshooting skills
  • Analytical Skills to evaluate and resolve technical and application-related challenges effectively
  • Proficiency in Technical Support and understanding of Radiotherapy medical equipment applications
  • Excellent Communication abilities for coordinating with clients and cross-functional teams
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced, on-site environments
  • Experience in the healthcare and medical equipment industry is an advantage.
