Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Consultant located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Real Estate Consultant will be responsible for prospecting potential clients, negotiating property sales and leases, and advising clients on market trends and investment opportunities. The role involves managing property listings, conducting property showings, and assisting in the preparation of contracts and other real estate documentation. The consultant will also participate in training sessions to stay updated on market knowledge and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Real Estate, including a comprehensive understanding of the market and property investment opportunities
  • Proven skills in Sales and Negotiation to close property deals effectively while meeting client needs
  • Solid knowledge of Real Property and its legal and technical aspects
  • Experience in conducting or attending regular Training sessions to stay updated on industry standards
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in working with multiple property listings and CRM tools
  • Familiarity with Dubai's real estate regulations and practices is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in real estate or a related field
