The Role

We're hiring an experienced Social Media Manager to manage and grow the social presence of selected creators across short-form platforms (IG, TikTok, X) and premium subscription ecosystems. You'll be responsible for brand direction, content schedules, engagement, and platform optimisation.

This is not a junior role — we need someone who understands how to run high-performing creator accounts, manage sensitive categories with discretion, and build strong fan-facing narratives.

Key Responsibilities


• Develop social strategies for creators focused on growth, engagement, and brand positioning


• Manage day-to-day posting across multiple platforms


• Build content calendars, ensure consistent storytelling, and maintain brand tone


• Analyse performance metrics and adjust direction accordingly


• Work closely with creators to guide their content output


• Handle privacy-sensitive and restricted-content verticals with professionalism


• Identify new trends, formats, hooks, and opportunities for scale


• Provide weekly insights and performance reporting

Required Experience


• 4+ years in social media management, ideally within the creator economy


• Experience managing creators on subscription-based platforms (fan membership / premium content models)


• Strong understanding of community growth, engagement mechanics, and storytelling


• Comfortable working with "sensitive content" verticals where discretion is essential


• Ability to run multi-platform strategies independently


• Excellent written English (native or joint-native level required)


• Strong organisational and communication skills


• Ability to work quickly and autonomously in a high-velocity environment
