Key Responsibilities

1. Solution Design & Architecture

  • Lead the design of scalable and integrated NetSuite ERP solutions across core business processes.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.
  • Create solution blueprints, integration frameworks, and system configuration plans.
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise IT standards and long-term scalability goals.

2. Implementation & Deployment

  • Oversee module implementation, enhancements, and integrations.
  • Lead configuration, customization, and testing activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, implementation partners, and developers for successful deployment.
  • Define and drive data migration strategies ensuring high data integrity.

3. System Optimization & Support

  • Conduct routine system audits and recommend performance enhancements.
  • Implement process automations, workflow improvements, and advanced reporting solutions.
  • Resolve escalated issues with minimal business disruption.
  • Maintain complete system documentation, process flows, and knowledge bases.

4. Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, HR, and other units to understand evolving needs.
  • Act as a trusted ERP advisor for leadership on roadmap, strategy, and governance.
  • Train and mentor internal NetSuite users and administrators.

5. Integration & Technology Management

  • Design and manage integrations between NetSuite and third-party systems (CRM, HRMS, eCommerce, BI tools, etc.).
  • Recommend best-fit modules, plug-ins, and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure proper Suite API usage.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or related field.
  • NetSuite Certification (Administrator, ERP Consultant, SuiteFoundation) preferred.

Experience

  • 7+ years of NetSuite ERP design and implementation experience.
  • Proven track record as a Solution Architect or Senior Functional Consultant.
  • Strong experience with Sales, Financials, Procurement, Inventory, Projects, Manufacturing & CRM modules.
  • Hands-on experience with SuiteScript (1.0/2.0), SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and tools like Dell Boomi, Celigo, MuleSoft.
  • Experience with multi-subsidiary or multi-country ERP rollouts.
  • Background in Construction, Real Estate, or Manufacturing preferred.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Power BI, or similar enterprise systems.
  • Experience in change management and process reengineering.
