About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced
Sales Engineer/ Representative - refrigeration
to join our Refrigeration team. This role involves serving customers by selling products, meeting their needs, and driving revenue growth. You will manage existing accounts, develop new ones, and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell Refrigeration products within assigned territory.
  • Plan and organize daily work schedules to meet customer needs.
  • Respond to inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up to close orders.
  • Negotiate and secure deals while ensuring timely payment collection.
  • Conduct market research on pricing and product trends.
  • Participate in sales meetings and contribute to strategy development.
  • Maintain showroom environment and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Experience:
    5+ years in sales/customer service, preferably in Refrigeration.
  • Proven expertise in capital equipment or service sales.
  • Strong market development and strategic planning skills.
  • Valid UAE driver's license.

  • Excellent communication (written & verbal).
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
