Sales Executive – Automotive Services

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive with strong experience in the automotive industry, preferably in car maintenance and service-related sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and closing deals for car fleet servicing and tyre sales (B2B & B2C). A valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities for fleet servicing and tyre sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and retail customers.
  • Conduct client visits, prepare proposals/quotations, and negotiate contracts.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and track performance results.
  • Collaborate with workshop and procurement teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Maintain an updated customer database and follow-up schedule.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and product knowledge.
  • Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in automotive sales, preferably related to car maintenance, service packages, or tyre sales.
  • Proven sales experience in B2B and/or B2C environments.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build long-term partnerships with corporate clients.
  • Knowledge of automotive services, tyres, and fleet maintenance solutions.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and highly organized.
  • Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.

Preferred

  • Existing client network in fleet, rental, or logistics companies.
  • Familiarity with German, Japanese, and American vehicle brands.
