Position Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee all financial operations of the company. The CFO will be a key member of the executive leadership team, providing financial insight, direction, and leadership to support Ramah's growth, profitability, and long-term sustainability.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in construction and infrastructure project finance, budgeting, cost control, cash flow management, and strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the finance, accounting, and procurement teams.
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for multiple large-scale projects.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations.
  • Manage financial risk, investments, and capital structure to optimize company performance.
  • Supervise the preparation of financial statements, reports, and executive dashboards.
  • Collaborate with project managers to monitor project profitability, cost control, and resource allocation.
  • Lead audit and financial review processes and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
  • Support the CEO and Board of Directors in decision-making through financial analysis and modeling.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
  • Minimum 10–15 years of financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior finance role within the construction, contracting, or infrastructure sector.
  • Strong knowledge of project-based accounting, cost management, and contract administration.
  • Proven experience with ERP systems and construction finance software.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
  • Leadership experience managing multidisciplinary finance teams.
