Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated BIM Architect specializing in Glass and Façade for a full-time on-site role in Abu Dhabi. The BIM Architect will be responsible for creating and managing building information models, preparing architectural drawings, coordinating with construction teams, and ensuring compliance with project requirements. Additionally, the role involves generating precise construction documentation and handling submittals in line with project specifications.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Architecture and the ability to produce detailed Architectural Drawings
  • Expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) for Glass and Façade projects
  • Capability to create accurate Construction Drawings and manage Submittals
  • Strong understanding of architectural and structural design principles
  • Experience in Glass and Façade architecture or related specialization
  • Advanced knowledge of BIM software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for on-site coordination
