Export Sales Executive – International Fragrance Markets

We are seeking a proactive International Export Sales Executive to expand and manage overseas sales for our perfume product portfolio. The role focuses on identifying new global business opportunities and strengthening partnerships with international distributors and B2B clients. The successful candidate will bring hands-on experience in fragrance export sales and a strong commercial mindset to achieve international growth objectives.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Explore and penetrate new international markets for perfume products across regions including the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and Europe.
- Build, develop, and sustain strategic relationships with overseas distributors, wholesalers, and corporate customers.
- Generate new business opportunities through market analysis, prospecting activities, and lead development initiatives.
- Oversee the full export sales cycle, including client inquiries, pricing proposals, order confirmation, and coordination of shipments.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as production, supply chain, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth order fulfilment and on-time delivery.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, pricing structures, and customer preferences to support sales planning and growth strategies.
- Conduct commercial negotiations covering pricing, payment terms, and delivery conditions in accordance with company guidelines.
- Participate in international exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events to promote the brand and expand the global client network.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations, contracts, shipping documents, and international trade standards.
- Prepare periodic sales performance reports, market insights, and sales forecasts for senior management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in international export sales, preferably within perfumes, cosmetics, or FMCG sectors.
- Proven ability to develop and manage international B2B accounts and sales pipelines.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the capability to work effectively across cultures and time zones.

- Proficiency in English; additional language skills (e.g., French, Arabic) are an advantage.
- Ability to travel for client visits and trade fairs as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
