Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Competencies:
Proven ability to supervise drilling, completion, and workover operations, including ESP replacements.
In-depth knowledge of rig operations and new drilling technologies.
Ensure adherence to safety and operational standards at all times.
Maintain all valid job-related certifications required for drilling, completion, and workover operations.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
