Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Telesales Specialist based in Ras Al Khaimah. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing clients via phone, presenting the company's real estate offerings, and closing sales deals. Key responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, maintaining accurate client records, meeting sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service. Additional duties include addressing client concerns, conducting follow-ups, and contributing to team sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to manage client relations effectively
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and convey property information
  • Sales and negotiation skills to achieve targets and close deals successfully
  • Capability to partake in customer-facing Training to keep up with industry trends and improve performance
  • Ability to handle high-pressure environments and meet deadlines sustainably
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in telesales, real estate, or a customer-facing role is advantageous
