About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize end-to-end logistics operations. You'll manage transportation, warehousing, vendor contracts, and ensure compliance with UAE customs and trade regulations. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation skills to drive efficiency and continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, warehousing, and transportation.
  • Lead vendor and contract negotiations to ensure cost-effective, high-quality service.
  • Manage inventory control, audits, and process improvements.
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and implement operational enhancements.
  • Guide and develop the logistics team, ensuring compliance and safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration.
  • 6–8 years of logistics/operations experience, including 4+ years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE logistics and customs regulations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
