Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Consultant with experience in ERP or SaaS solution sales. The role involves understanding client business needs, positioning ERPNext as the right solution, managing leads through the sales funnel, and closing new implementation and subscription projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and convert leads for ERPNext implementation and related services.
- Conduct product demos and tailor presentations to client requirements.
- Work closely with the delivery team to scope out solutions and prepare proposals.
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
- Build strong relationships with prospects, partners, and existing clients.
- Stay up to date with ERPNext and Frappe features to effectively communicate value.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, webinars, and product showcases.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in ERP/SaaS/B2B software sales.
- Good understanding of ERPNext, Frappe, or similar ERP systems.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand client pain points and propose effective solutions.
- Experience with CRM tools and managing sales pipelines.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with consultative selling.
