Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Senior Sales Associate (Team Leader). The Senior Sales Associate will oversee daily sales operations, lead a team of sales associates, and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, mentoring the team, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers. The role also involves analyzing sales data, addressing customer inquiries effectively, and collaborating with the management team to develop strategies for growth.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated leadership skills, including team mentoring, performance management, and motivational abilities
  • Strong sales expertise, with experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Customer service skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Organizational and time management skills to coordinate tasks and maintain store standards
  • Experience in retail or sales management, preferably in the travel or lifestyle industry, is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis to monitor performance and inform decisions
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
