About Wynn Al Marjan Island:

On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in early 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

About The Position
Wynn Al Marjan Island is looking for a skilled
UX/UI Designer
to join our
Product
team.

User Experience Design
The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors.
  • Develop user personas, journey maps, and experience flows to inform design decisions
  • Translate insights into wireframes, prototypes, and interaction models that improve usability and engagement.
  • Develop visually appealing, responsive UI designs that reflect Wynn's luxury brand standards, ensuring consistency across all platforms (desktop, mobile, apps).

User Interface Design

  • Design clean, modern, and responsive UI elements including menus, tabs, widgets, and layouts
  • Create high-fidelity mock-ups and prototypes using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
  • Ensure consistency in visual language and adherence to brand guidelines across all digital touchpoints.

Collaboration & Implementation

  • Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and alignment with technical constraints
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and reviews.
  • Provide design specifications and assets for development and QA teams.

Continuous Improvement

  • Analyse user feedback and performance metrics to iterate and optimize designs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX/UI design
  • Advocate for user-cantered design principles across the organization.

About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end development principles is a plus.
  • Experience with accessibility standards and responsive design.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for creating delightful user experiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to creating exceptional user experiences.
  • A creative thinker with a deep appreciation for luxury and guest experience.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to the fast pace changing needs of the organization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Over 5 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in hospitality, travel, or consumer-facing digital products.
  • Portfolio demonstrating strong design thinking, visual design, and interaction design skills.
  • On-site role with flexibility for remote collaboration.
  • May require occasional travel or extended hours during product launches or testing phases.
