Universal BIM & CAD Technical Services LLC is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HVAC AutoCAD Draughtsman to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate HVAC shop drawings in compliance with project specifications, authority requirements, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed HVAC shop drawings including ducting, chilled water, VRF, ventilation, and equipment layouts using AutoCAD.
  • Coordinate HVAC layouts with architectural, structural, electrical, and plumbing drawings.
  • Develop sections, details, and schedules as per project requirements.
  • Incorporate consultant and client comments into revised drawings.
  • Ensure drawings comply with local authority regulations (Dubai codes) and project specifications.
  • Support site teams with drawing clarifications and updates during construction.
  • Maintain proper drawing documentation, revisions, and version control.
  • Assist in quantity take-offs if required.

Requirements

  • Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
  • 2–4 years of UAE experience as an HVAC AutoCAD Draughtsman.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, duct design, and installation practices.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD (Revit knowledge is an advantage).
  • Familiar with HVAC shop drawing standards and coordination practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret MEP, architectural, and structural drawings.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
