We are looking for a detail-oriented and talented Real Estate Accountant. The Real Estate Accountant cum Admin will be responsible for handling the company's financial records, daily accounting tasks, administrative support, and coordination of real estate transactions. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, smooth office operations, and compliance with organizational policies. Ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in real estate or property development accounting.
Accounting Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate books of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and petty cash, invoicing
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor cash flow, revenues, and expenses.
- Handle invoicing, billing, and collection follow-ups from clients or Developers.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure timely posting of transactions.
- Prepare VAT filings and ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations.
- Coordinate with auditors, external accountants, and banks when required.
- Process commissions, reimbursements, and agent payouts based on company policy.
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations, supplies, and general administrative tasks.
- Maintain filing systems (digital & hard copy) for contracts, client documents, and financial records.
- Assist management with reports, schedules, and internal communications.
- Support HR with employee attendance, onboarding documents, and leave records.
- Arrange appointments, meetings, and ensure smooth communication flow within the office.
- Handle inquiries, emails, and provide customer service for clients when required.
- Prepare letters, memos, and official correspondence.
- Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years accounting experience with real estate
- Proficient in accounting software Tally and MS Office (Excel is essential).
- Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Can work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
