Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Advisor located in Dubai. The Property Advisor will be responsible for managing property portfolios, assisting clients with purchases, sales, and leasing of real estate, providing expert investment advice, and delivering excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include conducting market analysis, maintaining strong communication with clients, building relationships with stakeholders, and facilitating seamless property transactions in alignment with clients' objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to deliver exceptional client support and build long-term relationships
  • Proficiency in Property Management and Investments to guide clients in making informed decisions
  • Understanding of Finance to support clients with detailed investment evaluations and financial feasibility
  • Fluency in at least one of the following languages: Russian, Chinese, French, or German, alongside English proficiency
  • Prior experience in real estate or related industries and familiarity with Dubai's property market
  • Proactive attitude, adaptability, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • A valid UAE driving license is preferred
