Senior Manager Corporate Finance

Grid Properties is seeking an experienced finance professional to serve as the primary finance partner for the business, driving financial strategy and capital raising across debt and equity.
Reporting directly to the C-suite, this role will lead financing and capital structuring initiatives and work across complex, high-value real estate transactions, including M&A, joint ventures, investment structuring, and treasury management. The successful candidate will secure funding from institutional investors, banks, and alternative lenders while optimizing financial outcomes to support Grid Properties' ambitious growth plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute investment finance strategies aligned with the company's expansion and growth objectives
- Support in companywide strategic initiatives including strengthening of policies, procedures and governance framework
- Structure financing options that optimize risk, return, and liquidity for ongoing and upcoming developments
- Lead financing negotiations for acquisitions, developments, and joint ventures in collaboration with institutional partners
- Secure debt financing, equity investments, and alternative capital sources to support strategic initiatives
- Optimize project-level capital stacks by balancing debt and equity to ensure sustainable financial outcomes
- Structure joint ventures and partnerships to maximize economic returns and optimize ownership frameworks
- Build and manage relationships with institutional investors, banks, private equity firms, and alternative lenders
- Coordinate with internal finance teams to ensure aligned execution of investment and reporting requirements
- Review the legal documentation and contracts including JV agreement, Investment agreements, finance agreements, constitutional documents such as MOA, AOA, etc
- Support in implementation of investment structures through various mainland and offshore jurisdictions
- Act as a finance generalist and support broader finance, accounting, and strategic initiatives across the company as needed
Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in investment finance, corporate development, private equity, or investment banking in GCC countries.
- Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA or equivalent required.
- Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline are add on.
- Deep expertise in debt and equity financing structures, capital markets, and alternative financing mechanisms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior executives and external stakeholders.
- Experience in real estate development, investment management, or asset management strongly preferred.
- Ability to operate both independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
