Mandarin-Speaking Sales Intern – Real Estate (Dubai)

Job Description

We are looking for motivated Mandarin-speaking Sales Interns to join our growing real estate sales team in Dubai. This internship offers hands-on exposure to Dubai's fast-paced property market, working closely with residential communities, villas, and townhouses.

This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates who are passionate about real estate, sales, and client engagement, and who want to build a strong foundation in the UAE property sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team with Mandarin-speaking client inquiries, follow-ups, and meetings
  • Support property presentations for villas, townhouses, and residential communities
  • Conduct client outreach through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and messaging platforms
  • Maintain and update client information in the CRM system
  • Assist with market research, lead generation, and sales reporting
  • Support property tours, site visits, and real estate events
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and professional client experience

Requirements

  • Fluent in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing)
  • Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Strong interest in real estate, property sales, or customer relations
  • Proactive, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
  • Basic computer skills (MS 365, CRM experience is a plus)
  • Students or fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
