WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Land Sterling Dubai is seeking an experienced Plant & Machinery Valuer to join our team. The successful candidate will be be responsible for inspecting, analyzing, and valuing Property, Plant, Machinery, and Equipment assets for a diverse client base. The role involves conducting site inspections, collecting and analyzing asset data, applying recognized valuation methodologies, and preparing high-quality valuation reports in line with professional standards. You will work closely with clients and end users while managing your workload to meet agreed deadlines
