Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Data Entry Specialist located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in company systems, verifying the accuracy of information, and resolving discrepancies. They will collaborate with team members for administrative tasks, generate reports as required, and ensure data confidentiality. Effective communication with internal teams and, occasionally, external customers will also be an important aspect of the role.

Qualifications

  • Strong typing skills and computer literacy, including proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office
  • Effective communication skills for both written and verbal interactions
  • Customer service experience, with the ability to respond professionally and promptly to inquiries
  • Experience in administrative assistance and general office tasks
  • Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
  • Previous experience in data entry or a related field is a plus
  • Familiarity with the fruits, vegetables, or food products industry is an advantage
