Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Nurse at our Abu Dhabi clinic. The Assistant Nurse will be responsible for supporting medical professionals in patient assessments, preparing patients for procedures, and assisting during treatments. The role includes maintaining patient records, ensuring the cleanliness of medical equipment, and providing pre- and post-procedure care. The Assistant Nurse will also uphold high standards of patient safety and confidentiality while delivering personalized support to patients throughout their treatments.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in assisting with patient assessments, preparing for procedures, and providing post-procedure care.
  • Knowledge of medical equipment maintenance and adherence to hygiene protocols.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide compassionate patient support.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and follow instructions from medical professionals.
  • Basic understanding of administering medications, taking vital signs, and monitoring patient conditions.
  • Certification as a licensed practical nurse (LPN) or registered nurse (RN) is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting is an advantage.
  • Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and following ethical guidelines in healthcare.
