Job Title: Interior Designer

Job Overview

The Interior Designer plays a key role in both the creative and technical development of high-end residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. This position encompasses concept creation, space planning, material and finishes selection, client presentations, and collaboration with design, fit-out, and site teams. The goal is to deliver sophisticated, functional, and luxurious interiors that reflect the company's design philosophy and uphold its brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

Design Development

  • Prepare the design process from concept to completion for multiple luxury projects.
  • Develop design concepts, mood boards, 3D visualizations, and material palettes that reflect the project vision and client brief.
  • Prepare detailed design presentations and ensure alignment with client expectations.
  • Oversee the preparation of technical drawings, 2D layouts, joinery details, and FF&E documentation.
  • Conducting meetings with clients and following up through calls and messages to collect comprehensive project information.

Project Coordination

  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, draftsmen, and contractors to ensure design intent is executed accurately.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, review finishes, and resolve design-related issues.
  • Coordinate with procurement and production teams for furniture, lighting, and material specifications.
  • Manage design timelines, deliverables, and quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

Client Interaction

  • Lead design presentations and maintain effective communication with clients throughout the project.
  • Interpret client needs and translate them into creative and functional design solutions.
  • Handle design revisions, ensuring the final outcome reflects the brand's luxury standards and client satisfaction.
  • Conducting meetings with clients and following up through calls and messages to collect comprehensive project information.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum
    1–2 years of experience
    in interior design, preferably in luxury residential or commercial projects within the UAE or GCC.
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent understanding of materials, lighting, and furniture design.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic .
  • Proven track record of handling multiple projects simultaneously from concept to site execution.
