We are Hiring: Senior Accountant

  • Location: Al Quoz Industrial Area 4, Dubai, UAE
  • Male candidates only
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years (2–3 years UAE experience preferred)
  • Qualification: CA Inter / CFA / Master's in Accounting & Finance / BBA / MBA / B.Com / M.Com
  • Languages: English & Hindi (fluency in both is mandatory)
  • Preferred Region: Candidates from Mumbai or North
  • Age Range: 23–33 years

Compensation: To be discussed with shortlisted candidates during the interview.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze monthly MIS reports – P&L, Balance Sheet, Cost Sheet, and Forecasted Budgets.
  • Handle financial reporting, cost controlling, budgeting, and chart of accounts independently.
  • Manage VAT 201 filing and closure (quarterly basis) in compliance with UAE FTA regulations.
  • Generate depreciation reports, maintain asset valuations, and oversee monthly payroll processing through WPS.
  • Ensure accurate and timely sales invoicing, project costing, and revenue reporting.

Prepare bank reconciliations, monitor petty cash, and ensure proper financial documentation.

  • Liaise with banks, vendors, and clients for smooth financial operations.

Handle final settlements, leave salary, and gratuity as per UAE Labour Law.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proactive, responsible, and capable of multitasking.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Expert in Tally Prime and sound knowledge of financial reporting standards.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and take full ownership of the finance department.
  • Preferably from an AV/Event industry or similar business background.

What We're Looking For

We need a higher-caliber professional — someone at CA Inter / CFA level or equivalent, with strong financial and accounting acumen, capable of managing reporting, compliance, and financial control independently.
