AB Fitness Gym is a leading fitness facility in Dubai offering premium training, group classes, and wellness services. We pride ourselves on creating a safe, friendly, and professional environment for all our members and staff. We are currently expanding our team and looking for a responsible and dedicated Security Guard to ensure safety and security at our premises.

Role Overview

As a Security Guard at AB Fitness Gym, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment, ensuring member safety, and supporting daily operations. You will work closely with gym staff, members, and management to uphold safety protocols and deliver excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor the gym premises — entrances, parking, workout areas, and entrances for safety and security.
  • Greet members and visitors, check memberships, and ensure only authorized access.
  • Patrol the facility, monitor CCTV (if applicable), and maintain vigilance at all times.
  • Respond promptly to any security incidents or emergencies, escalating when needed.
  • Enforce gym rules and policies to maintain order and safety.
  • Report any suspicious behavior, maintenance issues, or hazards to management.
  • Assist with crowd control during peak hours, classes, and events.
  • Provide customer service when required — guiding members, answering queries, supporting staff.

Requirements & Skills

  • Previous experience in security, guarding, or related role (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Valid UAE security license or willingness to obtain it.
  • Good physical fitness and ability to stand or patrol for long periods.
  • Strong alertness, observation skills, and quick response capability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — polite, professional, approachable.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts — including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic knowledge of emergency protocols, first aid is a plus.
