Role & responsibilities

  • Lead the ERP application team, including SAP and Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring seamless operations, timely issue resolution, and strategic alignment with business objectives.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT, managing escalations, prioritizing support requests, and ensuring timely resolution of critical issues.
  • Develop and oversee training programs for end-users to optimize ERP system adoption and utilization across the organization.
  • Drive ERP system improvements, updates, and enhancements in collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Maintain comprehensive system documentation, including process flows, user manuals, and support procedures, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Monitor system performance, proactively identifying risks and implementing preventive measures to minimize business disruption.
  • Oversee ERP system upgrades and implementations, providing strategic guidance and ensuring minimal operational impact.
  • Mentor and guide the application support team, fostering skill development and ensuring adherence to best practices and service levels.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Expertise in ERP systems, specifically SAP and Microsoft Dynamics 365, including configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, organizational workflows, and how they integrate with ERP systems.
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage complex technical and operational challenges.
  • Experience in leading teams, managing projects, and delivering results in a professional environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
