Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced
SAP S/4HANA Application Support / Production Support Engineer
with around
10 years of experience
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide
    L2/L3 Application Support
    for SAP S/4HANA systems, ensuring high system availability and performance.
  • Monitor, analyze, and resolve incidents, service requests, and system errors within defined SLAs.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to identify root causes and implement permanent fixes.
  • Support business-critical processes by performing health checks, job monitoring, and performance tuning.
  • Coordinate with SAP Basis and functional consultants to manage integrations and configurations.
  • Assist in system upgrades, patching, and transport management activities.
  • Document technical solutions, incident resolutions, and knowledge base articles for recurring issues.
  • Participate in system testing, validation, and change management activities.
  • Provide on-call and after-hours production support when required.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum
    10 years of experience
    in
    SAP support and production environments
    .
  • Strong hands-on experience in
    SAP S/4HANA
    modules and system architecture.
  • Proficiency in analyzing
    ABAP dumps
    ,
    system logs
    , and
    performance traces
    .
  • Solid understanding of
    ITIL processes
    (Incident, Change, and Problem Management).
  • Experience working with
    monitoring tools
    ,
    ticketing systems
    , and
    transport management systems
    .
