Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Greet customers, understand their needs, provide product information, and offer solutions.
  • Sales & Transactions: Take orders, process payments (cash/card), and accurately complete sales.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain deep understanding of products, promotions, and policies to inform sales.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, restock shelves, and report inventory needs.
  • Customer Service: Handle complaints, resolve issues, ensure satisfaction, and build strong customer relationships.
  • Store Maintenance: Keep the sales counter and showroom clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Administrative Tasks: Update customer information, process orders, and potentially handle phone/email inquiries.

Requirements & Skills:

  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Proven sales/customer service experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and under minimal supervision.
  • Positive attitude and presentable appearance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED1, AED2,500.00 per month
