We are a well-established joinery and interior contracting company based in the U.A.E, with over two decades of experience across the GCC region. Our expertise spans fire-rated doors, bespoke joinery, and high-end interior fit-out works. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a skilled and dependable Mason to join our construction and interior execution team.

Job Overview:

The Mason will be responsible for performing a wide range of masonry works, including blockwork, plastering, tile fixing, and installation of marble and stone finishes for interior and exterior applications. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in the fit-out or construction industry, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality workmanship in alignment with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform all types of masonry work including blockwork, plastering, screeding, tiling, marble fixing, and related finishing works.
  • Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications to execute works accurately.
  • Prepare surfaces prior to masonry application (cleaning, leveling, damp-proofing, etc.).
  • Mix and apply mortars, grouts, adhesives, and other materials in correct proportions.
  • Install tiles, stones, and marble finishes with precision and alignment as per design requirements.
  • Repair and maintain existing masonry structures as needed.
  • Coordinate with site supervisors, foremen, and other trades (carpentry, MEP, painting, etc.) to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Ensure that work is completed within timelines and complies with quality and safety standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools, materials, and work areas.
  • Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE at all times.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Mason in the U.A.E or GCC (fit-out, joinery, or construction projects).
  • Proven skills in blockwork, plastering, tile fixing, and marble/stones installation.
  • Ability to read and understand basic construction drawings and measurements.
  • Knowledge of material types, surface preparation, and finishing techniques.
  • Physically fit and able to handle manual labor for extended periods.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of site safety and housekeeping.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED1, AED5,000.00 per month
