Position Summary
The Senior Business Development Manager – Government will work closely with UAE government entities to understand their priorities, identify new opportunities, shape growth strategies, and lead initiatives that drive long-term commercial success and expand our presence within the UAE public sector.
Key Responsibilities
Government Partnership Development
- Establish and deepen strategic relationships with government entities, authorities, and senior officials
- Identify priority sectors and emerging opportunities across the public landscape to drive sustainable business growth
- Lead high-impact discussions, executive briefings, and solution-focused presentations tailored to government stakeholders
Public Sector Strategy & Pipeline Leadership
- Develop, manage, and execute a public sector growth strategy with clear market-entry and expansion plans
- Oversee the full business development cycle—from opportunity assessment to deal closure—ensuring alignment with government mandates and regulatory frameworks
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to support proposal development and feasibility assessments
Market Insights & Performance Leadership
- Analyze government initiatives and market trends to proactively position the company for upcoming opportunities
- Track performance metrics, and strategic account progress, providing regular updates to leadership
- Align with internal teams on public sector engagement best practices and ensure seamless execution of commitments
Qualifications & Experience
- Extensive experience in government-focused business development, partnerships, or strategic roles within the UAE
- Strong understanding of UAE government structures and frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to build executive-level relationships and navigate complex stakeholder environments
- Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic planning capabilities
