Job Description:

We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to provide exceptional service to our clients and support our sales operations. The ideal candidate will serve as a key point of contact for customers, assist in preparing quotations, and coordinate effectively with the sales team to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Prepare accurate and timely quotations for clients based on their requirements.
  • Coordinate closely with the sales team to follow up on leads, track orders, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the system or relevant databases.
  • Assist in resolving customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate department as needed.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks, documentation, and reporting.
  • Monitor and track quotations, follow-ups, and customer requests to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Provide feedback from customers to help improve products, services, and processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in customer support, sales support, or a related role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player with a customer-first mindset.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and quotation management.
