Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an MEP Manager based in Dubai. The MEP Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems across various construction projects. Responsibilities include developing and reviewing MEP designs, ensuring compliance with project specifications, managing procurement processes, collaborating with project teams, and resolving technical issues. The role requires proactive communication with stakeholders to maintain quality standards, budgets, and timelines.

Qualifications

  • Experience in MEP Coordination, including the integration and supervision of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Plumbing and overall MEP Design for efficient and effective project execution.
  • Proficiency in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems with the ability to provide technical solutions and troubleshooting.
  • Experience in Procurement processes related to MEP materials and equipment management.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field; professional certifications are a plus.
  • Previous experience in the UAE construction market is advantageous.
