We are a fast-growing UK energy services company supporting smart metering and field engineering operations nationwide. With an expanding UK engineering workforce, our Dubai-based operations team plays a critical role in ensuring quality, compliance, and excellent customer outcomes.
We are now hiring a Quality Assurance (Telephone & Video) Administrator to support our operational standards by reviewing engineer footage, photographs, and recorded customer calls.
Role Overview
The Quality Assurance (QA) Administrator is responsible for reviewing and assessing video footage, photographic evidence, and call recordings to ensure that work carried out by engineers and customer-facing teams meets company standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.
This role requires a strong eye for detail, consistency, and the ability to follow structured compliance processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Review engineer video footage and photographic evidence to ensure work quality and compliance.
- Monitor and assess recorded telephone calls for customer service quality, accuracy, and professionalism.
- Ensure engineers follow correct processes, safety standards, and documentation requirements.
- Identify errors, risks, or non-compliance and flag issues to operations management.
- Complete QA checklists, reports, and system updates accurately.
- Track trends, recurring issues, and improvement areas.
- Support continuous improvement by feeding insights back to schedulers and management.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and data protection standards.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in quality assurance, call monitoring, compliance, operations support, or auditing(preferred but not essential).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow structured procedures.
- Strong English comprehension and listening skills.
- Comfortable reviewing video, photos, and recorded calls for extended periods.
- Confident using systems, dashboards, and digital tools.
- Organised, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Professional, impartial, and consistent in assessments.
What We Offer
- Salary: 4,000 AED per month
- Monthly performance bonus of 1,000 – 2,000 AED
