Role Overview
Were looking for a
Product Management Intern
to join our Product and Design teams and support the development of UpStars next-generation hiring experience.

Applicants with a strong understanding of UX/UI design principles will be given priority.
If you have experience in creating intuitive user journeys, working with design tools, or collaborating on digital product interfaces this internship is a perfect fit for you.

This is a
3-month internship
designed to give you hands-on exposure to product research, feature documentation, and agile collaboration within a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities
1. Product Research & Strategy

  • Conduct research on market trends and emerging tools in HRTech and AI-driven platforms.
  • Support feature benchmarking and assist in preparing product requirement documents (PRDs).
  • Contribute to user story creation and help define key product flows.

2. Product Development Support

  • Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into actionable tasks.
  • Participate in sprint planning, backlog reviews, and product QA.
  • Maintain documentation and track progress using JIRA or similar tools.

3. User Experience & Interface Support

  • Assist in mapping user journeys and identifying UX improvement opportunities.
  • Work with design teams to review wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
  • Help ensure consistency in product experience across web and mobile platforms.

4. Feedback & Insights

  • Coordinate user testing sessions to collect feedback on platform usability.
  • Analyze feedback and engagement data to recommend enhancements.
  • Prepare reports and insights for internal review sessions.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Computer Science, Design, or related field.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI design tools such as Figma, Miro, or Adobe XD.
  • Understanding of design systems, wireframes, and user testing workflows.
  • Knowledge of product or project management tools (JIRA, Notion, Trello).
  • Passion for technology, digital innovation, and user-centered design.
