Role Description

The Visiting Lecturer for AWS will deliver high-quality instruction to students, focusing on topics related to Amazon Web Services (AWS), such as cloud computing, solutions architect, and advanced AWS technologies. Responsibilities include preparing and delivering engaging lectures, designing course materials, mentoring students, and conducting assessments. The candidate will also work collaboratively with faculty members to ensure course content aligns with the latest industry standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in AWS, Cloud Computing, and associated technologies including solutions architecture, infrastructure, and advanced AWS tools.
  • Experience in curriculum development, training delivery, and academic instruction, particularly in IT or cloud-related domains.
  • Strong communication, mentoring, and presentation skills to effectively engage with students.
  • Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or equivalent are highly desirable.
  • Experience in IT industries or hands-on projects with cloud computing is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work in a culturally diverse environment and tailor instruction methods to support diverse learner needs.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced qualifications in AWS or cloud technologies preferred.
