Assist in developing and standardizing Soft services QA frameworks, SOPs, and inspection manuals covering housekeeping, waste management, pest control, and landscaping in alignment with DWTC s quality and hygiene standards Support the deployment of digital QA systems and mobile audit tools for real-time cleanliness monitoring and performance reporting Audit subcontractor performance against service-level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) for housekeeping, pest control, landscaping, and waste managementConduct random performance checks on cleaning teams to ensure service consistency across DICEC, DEC, Expo Village, and One CentralConduct scheduled and surprise audits of all public areas and liaise with cross functional team and implement DWTC s Housekeeping SOPsConduct Gemba walks and Kaizen workshops with the housekeeping team to identify small, practical improvementsCollect and analyze customer feedbackMaintain accurate QA documentation and prepare weekly and monthly quality reportsContribute to the development and revision of SOPs and QA checklistsSupport QA audits, ensuring safe work practices and adherence to permit-to-work proceduresConduct hygiene and sanitation checks in food service zonesSupport sustainability initiativesFormal Education Bachelor s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Facility Management, Environmental Science, or equivalent Certification in Quality Assurance (ISO 9001 Internal Auditor / Six Sigma / Housekeeping Management) is an advantageKnowledge of housekeeping standards (BICSc, ISSA, ISO 9001)Work Experience4 to 6 years of experience in soft services quality assurance, housekeeping supervision, or FM service auditsSkills and KnowledgeFluent in English (verbal and written)Computer literacy essentialProficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet and EmailReport WritingKnowledge of Health & SafetyFamiliarity with Dubai Municipality health and hygiene regulationsProficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting dashboardsEye for detail with strong observation and documentation skills
