About The Role
We are looking for a Video Producer to create high-quality talking head videos for Meta Ads targeting US real estate investors aged 35 to 65. Videos are direct-to-camera, 15 to 60 seconds, and designed for a serious, high-trust, financially savvy audience.
What You'll Do
- Produce 3 to 5 talking head videos per batch, refreshed every two months
- Deliver traditional, professional-style videos suitable for wealthy and B2B audiences
- Incorporate AI or UGC-style formats when appropriate, without reducing credibility
- Ensure fast turnaround and consistent quality
Who We're Open To
- AI-native producers using tools like HeyGen or Synthesia who can deliver natural-looking videos
- Traditional producers - Someone with access to diverse talent who can direct and deliver talking head video quickly
Requirements
- Portfolio of relevant video or ad creative
- Own work equipment; application/apps can be provided by the client
- Preferred background in financial services, real estate, or B2B
Ongoing Work
We spend approximately $70K per month on Meta Ads and need continuous creative refreshes. This is a long-term opportunity for the right producer.
