Role Description :
This is a full-time, PV Design Solar Engineer located in Dubai. The Solar Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, DEWA approval DM approvals, drawings (SLDs, panel layouts, cabling layout and similar), ensuring optimal performance and compliance with energy efficiency standards. Daily tasks will include conducting site assessments, creating electrical and PV system designs, troubleshooting, clearing gov. inspection coordinating with supplier/contractors and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver energy-efficient solutions. The role also involves engaging with clients to provide technical guidance and ensure project success.
Qualifications :
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with experience in client engagement and lead generation
- Knowledge of Solar PV systems, renewable energy technologies, and energy efficiency
- Ability to create customized sales presentations and design tailored solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to maintain and build client relationships
- Goal-oriented and proactive with the ability to work independently and in a team
- Prior experience in sales within the renewable energy or engineering sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Renewable Energy, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Extensive knowledge and experience in Solar Industry, Solar Power, and Solar Systems
- Proficiency in PV Design and Electrical Design
- Aware of DEWA regulation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and communicate effectively with clients
- U.A.E active driving license
- Current on going PV market trends
MUST HAVE CRITERIA :
- Bachelor degree attested in UAE
- UAE driving License
- Located in U.A.E, proffered candidates in DUBAI
- Aware of gov. regulations for installation and layouts
